Ever since I was a child, I’ve loved games—not just playing them, but imagining how they were made and what it would be like to bring them to life for others. As I grew older, that childhood curiosity evolved into a clear dream: to one day be part of the process of delivering games to players around the world.
Throughout my experience in preparing and operating live services, I’ve found that trust is the most essential value. I believe that true success in live game operations stems from trust-based collaboration among internal developers, external partners, and players, aligning around shared goals and maintaining transparent communication at all times.
Grounded in this philosophy, I have consistently served as a reliable bridge between teams, partners, and users, bridging gaps, fostering alignment, and facilitating effective cooperation. I am committed to continuing this role as a connector who builds and maintains trust across all stakeholders.
What motivates me most is knowing that my efforts genuinely help others and that what we create together can have a positive impact on the community. I find it deeply fulfilling to support the people around me and the projects I’m involved in, especially when they bring joy and meaningful feelings to others. This is equally true in my work in game services, where creating value and delight for users is profoundly rewarding.
